Herbal tea blends FAQ

What do these teas taste like?

Expect warm ginger and spice, bright lemon and lemongrass, honeyed chamomile, and cool mint and eucalyptus. Greek mountain tea adds a soft, earthy, herbal note.

Do these teas contain caffeine?

Most of them are caffeine-free herbal and rooibos blends, so they work well in the evening.

How do I brew them?

Use 1 to 1.5 teaspoons per 250 ml cup and water just off the boil, about 96°C. Steep 5 to 7 minutes. Add honey and a slice of lemon if you like.

What is Greek mountain tea?

It is the dried leaves and flowers of sideritis, a wild herb from Greek mountains. It brews a light, earthy and slightly citrusy cup with no caffeine.
