Greek Mountain Tea – Traditional Sideritis Herbal Tea

Discover the timeless tradition of Sideritis, known as Greek Mountain Tea — a treasured herbal tisane harvested from the sun-kissed highlands of the Balkans. Cherished for generations as a daily comfort, this hardy mountain plant has been brewed for centuries.

When steeped, Greek Mountain Tea infuses a soft golden hue, releasing delicate aromas with flavor notes reminiscent of sage, wildflowers and a hint of mint. Naturally caffeine-free, it's a gentle, soothing herbal tea that fits beautifully into any part of the day.

Gorgeous tea. Add more than a tsp though. Lots of flavour and nice aroma. I sometimes mix it with black or rooibos.
