The flavour is very palatable, fresh and light, I can taste the pomegranate. "Fruit salad" is an apt description. I suffer from LARS after colectomy surgery. Less sigmoid and rectum has caused permanent toileting difficulties and I rely on regular use of osmotic laxatives to help eliminate. This tea helps. It is pleasant to drnk and gentle. I'm wary of overuse of regular spasmodic laxatives. For me the effect of this blend is very mild. I might try 2 teabags at bedtime and see how that goes.
Other functional teas like cho yung have stronger effect stronger, but the taste is very 'herbal', so I add moju ginger shot which contains a little apple juice to also slightly sweeten the medicinal taste

Just WOW. After 20 years of suffering with IBS-C and nothing has worked with such quick success and amazing outcomes as this tea! If I could give 1000 stars I would!!!
