This is my second review of this particular tea. I first tried this tea in February and it really helped not just with sleep but in the day. Shortly after l stopped drinking it symptoms returned. I have tried the other teas for sleep but they didn't help in the same way. So l ordered more Tranquil dream. Only used it twice but l feel at better

Helps not only with sleep but with my anxiety in the day. I researched the herbs in the tea and found most were used for anxiety. I have not found chamomile by itself to do much for me. I stopped having this tea and l have notice a big change l have become irritable and lethargic.However after only two nights drinking the tea l am feeling a lot better.

This Tea really does work so if your looking for a mild relaxing drink to get you off to sleep this is it. Normally within an hour I am fast asleep

I have tried many “relaxing” blends of herbal tea before but none as complex and rich and this one.
My new favorite for and evening elixir.
If you enjoy a calming hot beverage before bed, try this one. Very nice!
