About hemp tea
Lullaby is a simple blend of nettle, hemp leaves and peppermint, with a cool, minty taste.
Bedtime combines chamomile, spearmint, hemp leaves, lemon balm, valerian, lemongrass, passion flower and rose petals. Both make a mild, caffeine-free cup for an evening ritual.

What is in a hemp tea blend?
Our hemp teas use dried hemp leaves blended with other herbs. Lullaby has nettle and peppermint, and Bedtime has chamomile, spearmint and valerian.
Is hemp the same as cannabis? Will hemp tea make me high?
Hemp and marijuana are both forms of the cannabis plant, but hemp is grown to contain very little THC, the compound that causes a high. In Canada, industrial hemp must contain no more than 0.3% THC. The hemp leaves in our blends come from non-psychoactive hemp, so these teas will not make you high. They are caffeine-free herbal teas, and the flavour comes mostly from mint and chamomile.
Can hemp tea show up on a drug test?
Hemp leaf has only trace amounts of THC, but drug tests differ. If you are tested for work or sport, check with your employer or tester before drinking any hemp product.
What do hemp teas taste like?
Hemp leaf itself is mild and a little grassy. The other herbs lead the flavour: Lullaby is minty and Bedtime is soft chamomile with mint.
How do I brew hemp tea?
Use 1 to 1.5 teaspoons per 250 ml cup and water at 96°C. Steep 4 to 5 minutes. Add a little honey if you like, or chill the tea for an iced version.
