Our 20 Years Aged Roasted Oolong is handled with the utmost of care to ensure that only the best tasting and most fragrant of leaves are included. Like fine wine, a properly prepared tea only gets better with aging. Each and every year for twenty years, this tea was re-roasted, enhancing the flavor; this in turn results in an incredibly smooth brew with a tantalizing aroma of roasted chestnuts. Once steeped, you will notice dark chocolate cocoa undertones, with elements of toasted nuts, and milky florals.
This meticulous aging process not only enhances the flavors and aroma of an already great tea, but it allows the tea to be infused up to fifteen times. Each infusion enhances the natural flavor and aromas, adding to the complexity to the tea.
